At Viverleather.com, we offer fast dispatch on all our stocked items from our Melbourne warehouse (Australia). When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the order tracking number and delivery details.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping*.
* For all orders outside of Australia, any applicable import duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
Orders placed before 2pm (Melbourne time), are shipped on the same business day. If placed after 2pm, orders are shipped on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except public holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as this is influenced by the local customs clearance policies.
We ship to your home, post box or your place of business. However, we do no ship to parcel lockers, locked bags, hotels, motels and resorts.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Purchaser's signature on delivery is required to confirm the delivery and receipt of the shipment.
