Free standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your order destination. We do always ask you to allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive due to local customs policies which are beyond our control. Please read our Shipping & Delivery for more information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused products within 14 calendar days of purchase. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit valid for 3 months. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the security tag is not attached, we cannot accept your return. How should I care for my VIVER bag?

Regardless of the leather type, very gentle care is the key to ensure a long lasting service of your VIVER bag. The best way is to clean the bag with a damp, soft flannelette and mild soap. Let it dry naturally. Any leather is sensitive to prolonged exposure to heat, intense light and sun, so avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Do not leave makeup, pens, crayons, chocolate or candies inside because they leave stains. Be careful with light coloured bags as they can develop stains when in contact with jeans or other dark materials. It is not essential to use any leather care products however if you choose to, we recommend doing a hidden spot test in a inconspicuous corner before cleaning the entire bag to ensure no damage occurs.
