Returns Policy

At Viverleather.com, we are here for you and believe in delivering to you the very best products of the highest quality. It is our goal that you love your purchase, so feel free to contact us with any questions you have before ordering, and we’ll be happy to help.

To request a return, please email support@viverleather.com with your order number, and we will respond promptly with next steps to manage your return.

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery. For returns processed after the 14-day window, only store credit will be granted. Please note that any duties and fees will not be refunded.

Conditions of Returns:

  • - Products must be returned in New, Unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • - Any item must include their original Undamaged packaging, branded dust bag, Uncut branded hang tag, inner brand label and exterior label attached, and arrive without any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. 
  • - The customer is responsible for return postage back to Viver Leather
  • - Items damaged through daily wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or it does not meet the criteria above (for example, the security tag is not attached), we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

Great care is taken to ensure the quality of every item at Viverleather.com, so we foresee manufacturing faults or defects being very rare. Before leaving our warehouse, each item is individually checked for any manufacturing faults. If the defect happens, however (through no fault of your own), we want to know about it immediately! Please email support@viverleather.com with photos as soon as possible. We will rectify by repairing or replacing your product at our discretion.

As soon as we've received and taken care of your return, we'll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. We’ll process your return within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, during busier periods it may take up to 7 working days. Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
